Rangatahi Leadership Programmes

Whenua Iti Outdoors offer a range of leadership opportunities that build a connection to the whenua (land), tangata (people) and to te taiao (the environment) through outdoor experiences that will challenge students in a safe & supportive setting.

These courses have been created and funded to provide opportunities to rangatahi as a response to the disruption of Covid-19. Each course promotes physical & mental wellbeing through experiential learning opportunities that build confidence, leadership & essential employability skills, with some also offering NCEA credits at either Level 2 or Level 3.
