Our Education Credentials:
- NZQA accredited, we can offer Level 1 to Level 3 NCEA assessments
- Align with Vocational Pathways
- Are subsidised through Whenua Iti Outdoors contracts with Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth Development and the Ministry of Social Development.
Trades Academy
Whenua Iti Outdoors in conjunction with Top of the South Trades Academy (TOTSTA) and West Coast Trades Academy (WCTA) deliver a range of outdoor and cultural focused programmes to Year 11 through to Year 13 students.
STAR
Whenua Iti Outdoors STAR courses have been designed to enhance the Outdoor and Physical Education Curriculum offered in schools. Students work with one another in a team environment, develop individual confidence, and learn new skills in a wide range of outdoor pursuits.

Whenua Iti Outdoors has a long history of delivering effective leadership focused courses at any level. Contact our Education Partnerships Manager about the right course for your group.
Gateway
The Whenua Iti Outdoors programme is available to all Gateway students and designed to increase students self confidence levels, be more prepared for work placements and enhance team working skills.
